I want to be a pirate

And travel through the seven seas

I want to smell the ocean water

Carried by the breeze

I want to only see the deep blue

As far as I can look

I want to be like Captain James

Just without the hook

I want to steer the ship

Through storms and rocky waves

I want to grow a beard

And not shower for days

I want to be a pirate

And to be wild and crazy

I want to live in the moment

And go where the current takes me.
